ouya Clinic project
The Ouya Clinic will be constructed from several storage containers, resulting in a final building approximately 16 by 11 meters in size. The clinic will feature the following rooms:
Laboratory
Office
Consultation
Pharmacy
Triage
Admin
Storage
HIV counseling
Prayer room
2x Wards
ANC
Vaccination
Waiting room
September 17, 2026
On September 17th, installation of the plumbing systems began. Pipes were laid in the ground surrounding the clinic and attached to the shipping containers in preparation for sinks and toilets.
September 12, 2026
September 12th, 2026 saw the arrival of two of the shipping containers after a long 8 hour journey from the fabrication company. The trucks drove to the site of the clinic, where they were placed in accordance with the floor plan.

On September 14th, the third and final shipping container arrived. The 20-footer was placed on the slab, connecting the two 40-footer containers that arrived two days prior. The clinic base was assembled and is awaiting roofing.
